DELIVERIES

Having chosen your desired machine from our website, send us your order and we shall be able to dispatch most of our models within one month we receive your order. The reason for the delivery time is that the machine is produced on demand at the Heute factory in Germany with US-connectivities.

GUARANTEE

When you are using Heute products, our work is not yet finished. Our Heute shoe shine machines have an exceptionally long guarantee period of 3 years. During this period, we replace all spare parts at no charge, which are damaged because of faults we have made during production and assembling. Damage due to improper handling will invalidate the guarantee.

For 20 years from the date of purchase Heute will provide spare parts for the maintenance of your shoe shine machine!

All Heute products have a long lifetime expectancy on the condition that they are handled properly. However, should you need a spare part, we will normally be able to send it to you within a couple of weeks.
